Michael V. (Mike) Stewart is a seasoned Executive and Business Building Entrepreneur with 30+ years experience in the Telecommunications, Transportation, Distribution, Aviation and Logistics industries.

Mr. Stewart has a vast level of experience and knowledge in Corporate Structure, Business Development, Finance, M&A and Procurement. As well, Mr. Stewart has provided Consulting and Advisory expertise in Mining Logistics Services and Aviation Procurement for Industrial, Major Mining and Global Resource Companies.

Prior to his business career, Mr Stewart lived and worked in Canada’s Arctic communities and trained as a Fixed Wing Commercial Pilot in his formative years.

Mr. Stewart has served as a Board Member and Advisor for many Domestic and Foreign Private Corporations as well as in the Not For Profit sector.
