Kamran M. Khozan is the founder, Chairman and major shareholder of CVMR® Corporation. (www.cvmr.ca), a privately held Canadian Corporation engaged in mining and refining of 36 metals in 22 countries, and with subsidiaries in the United States, U.K., UAE, Turkey, DRC, CAR, Burundi, Albania, Netherlands, China, and the Philippines.
CVMR® specializes in vapour metallurgy, based on its proprietary processes and technologies. CVMR® has been supplying different segments of the manufacturing market in the past 41 years with high purity metal powders, complex net shapes and super alloys. In 2015 CVMR®’s participation in the Sudbury Neutrino Observatory won its project Manager the Nobel Prize in Physics. CVMR®’s name is an acronym for “Chemical Vapour Metal Refining.”
Kamran M. Khozan is a Canadian Citizen. He served as the Commissioner for the Lead Project’s Centers of Excellence, appointed by the Prime Minister of Canada and chaired several Commissions within the Ontario Ministry of Solicitor General.
He has an honor’s degree in economics from McGill University and a master’s in jurisprudence from University of Toronto. He has numerous publications in mining, refining and finance. Mr. Khozan is the holder of over 30 seminal international patents in Vapour Metallurgy and related technologies.
