With over 30 years of experience in the engineering and construction (E&C) industry, Gary Williams is the President and CEO of IEDG Infrastructure & Energy Inc., a company that supports boards, investors, executive leadership, and organizations in the development of infrastructure, power, mining and oil and gas projects. He is also a Professional Engineer (P.Eng) and an Executive Coach and Strategist, providing advisory and coaching support to C-level executives and senior managers of various companies and organizations.

Gary has overseen and managed some of the world's largest and most complex construction projects, covering a broad range of industries and sectors. He has successfully delivered projects such as the Detour Gold project in northern Ontario, the Reliance Jamnagar Export Refinery in India, and the Metromedia Fiber Network in the San Francisco Bay area. He has also led the reorganization of Gemini Corporation, an Alberta construction and fabrication company, and advised Bruce Power on how to set up their $12 billion major component replacement project for success.
